Octo Email Service is the email integration used by the Octo Property outreach platform. With a user's explicit consent, it connects the user's own email mailbox (Google Workspace/Gmail, Microsoft 365/Outlook, or a standard IMAP/SMTP mailbox) so the platform can send outreach emails and detect replies on that user's behalf.
Access is granted by the user through the provider's standard OAuth consent and can be revoked by the user at any time. We request the narrowest permissions required and never sell user data or use it for advertising.
For standard hosting mailboxes (IONOS, Hostinger, Titan, Zoho, …). Uses the mailbox password or an app password.
